All product not picked up within 2 days of completion will be charged an additional $0.02 per pound, unless previously arranged. Cutting & wrapping is $.50 per lb. which includes double wrapping & sharp freezing.

Cutting and wrapping is $.50 per lb. Which includes double wrapping and sharp freezing. All product not picked up within 2 days of completion will be charged an additional $0.02 per lbs., unless previously arranged.

Slaughtering Prices

In plant slaughtering will be done on Thursdays, animals are expected to be dropped off on Thursday morning between 6:00 am and 7:00 am.

In plant slaughter:

  • Beef $65.00 per head
  • Pigs $50.00 per head

Sheep/Goats cut & wrapped $110 per head (includes slaughter)

Smoking

  • Hams & Bacons $1.29 per pound - cut in plant
  • Hams & Bacon $1.69 per pound - brought in
  • Bulk Breakfast / Italian Sausage $0.99 per pound
  • Bratwurst / Italian Links $1.79 per pound
  • Breakfast Links $2.49 per pound
  • Breakfast Links with Maple Syrup $3.49 per pound
